~ Instant Payday Network – Review ~

Overview

The name is certainly catchy, putting “instant” and “payday” together. Who doesn’t like the sound of getting paid instantly? Cash on demand. Quick bucks.

Jeff BuchananInstant Payday Network has been around for some time now and is a form of MLM, meaning you create a down line and earn cash from the work those beneath you do. It was started by a guy named Jeff Buchanan, who was only in his twenties when he conceived the idea. It is kind of like affiliate marketing, as in you refer people to Fortune 500 companies who are offering free trials in order to get business and new customers (these companies have big advertising budgets and don’t mind offering a few giveaways to gain long-term clients). When someone you refer signs up for a free trial, you get paid a commission for the referral. These referral fees range between $20 – $55.

So How Does Instant Payday Network Work?

Basically the system works on CPA – Cost Per Action. As mentioned the companies on board with programs like these have massive advertising budgets and don’t mind paying incentives for new leads sent their way. They know the value in this and act accordingly.

Instant Payday Network (IPN) is a system that works in conjunction with existing companies that act as the go between from Fortune 500 company seeking leads, and those willing to promote those referrals or act on referrals.

Jeff Buchanan’s Program is a 4 step process and goes like this:

  1. Step 1 – Complete 1 CPA trial offer through express.mycashfreebies.com
  2. Step 2 – Complete 2 CPA trial offers through double.mycashfreebies.com
  3. Step 3 – You need to complete Steps 1 & 2 to be able to do Step 3. In the third step you use a personal referral number (kind of similar to an affiliate ID) to access Instant Payday Network’s back office and their free marketing system.
  4. Step 4 – This step is completely optional. It involves signing up for another program called Empower Network. Neither IPN nor Empower Network are directly affiliated.

Instant Payday Network 2Some of the CPA offers are free while others cost money. In order to participate in any of them you must have a credit card and input the details of your credit card. Once Steps 1 & 2 have been completed and you have access to IPN’s back office, it is from here that you start promoting the system to others and making money from these referrals who do the same thing you did: Completing Steps 1 & 2. IPN gives you some free squeeze pages or sign up forms, and it is your job to find ways to drive traffic to those forms to recruit new members.

Pros

  • It’s free to get started.
  • If you sign up for a free trial offer you do have the opportunity to opt out of it before the company starts charging your credit card for future products.
  • It is not difficult to learn and get rolling.
  • There is free training (very limited), tracking, templates for squeeze pages and autoresponders.
  • You don’t have to keep signing up for free trial offers (or paid offers) after signing up for the first 3.

Cons

  • You need a credit card and to input your credit card data in order to sign up for any of the CPA offers.
  • To be able to participate in the Instant Payday Network you must live in USA, Canada or the UK.
  • You don’t start making money until you reach Step 3, and then it’s only if you manage to refer others that you will start to receive some cash.
  • This is an MLM scheme.
  • No residual or passive income.
  • No community of fellow IPN members to interact with and communicate with.

How Much Does It Cost?

While it is free to get started, some offers you do have to pay for. And if you forget to opt out of the free trials, your credit card will start getting charged for products and offers you don’t really want.

Conclusion

Having to reside in the USA, Canada or the UK to participate in this program is pretty limiting. Most people in the world cannot get involved. This also places extreme limitations on how many people you can actually refer to the program, too. While there are a few dollars that can be made, there is no real value to the system to make its sustainability as a long-term money generator viable.

Although it’s not an out and out scam, it is a kind of hollow method of trying to earn an income online, and is about as exciting and lucrative as doing online surveys.

But that’s just my opinion. Your opinion may differ.

  1. I am fortunate enough to have found wealthy affiliate from the get go. I guess it was my paranoid nature that did not let me go through with any program and kept on looking around until I found WA. And I think it was one of those scam review pages where I found out about WA and other websites that are very dubious. So I like that you are creating reviews about other websites that are not what people think they are. It helps people to not fall into any scams.

    • Thanks for reading and commenting. That’s the aim, to help others not get scammed or waste their money on something of little value. Wealthy Affiliate is the real deal. Lucky you found them.

  2. Darren, your site is phenomenal. The amount of content and ease of navigation are something I want to mimic. I am amazed at the number of different Affiliate Programs that you have available on your page. I read another question at WA about protecting your Affiliate ID’s and was wondering if you have any problems with Affiliate ID swipes or redirects, and if so do you have any strategies to minimize them?Thank you for the great example.

    • Hi Sean. Thank for stopping by and for the compliments on my website. As far as I’m aware I haven’t had any problems regarding affiliate ID swipes etc. I really don’t think it’s that big an issue, and even if someone knows how to redirect your affiliate ID, I don’t know if there’s a lot you can do. Yeah, you can cloak the links, but that probably doesn’t really stop someone who knows their stuff.

  3. I have had some experience with sites like Instant Payday Network offering cash for signing up for free trials and for the amount of trials that you have to sign up for it can be a lot to keep track of. Online credit card security is very important nowadays and having my credit card info out on hundreds of different sites is a little disconcerting. Do they have any actual testimonials of people that went through the program and made money? If so, how much does this site claim you can make?

    • I don’t know anyone who’s really made any decent money, just coin. I’ve personally tried a few things similar to Instant Payday Network over the years. While they’re not a scam, it’s an extremely difficult way to make a few dollars. Tedious to say the least, just like doing online surveys. You get paid very little for the amount of time you have to put into it.
