what-is-the-best-web-hosting-providerThere is no doubt that the internet has an overload of website hosting services all vying for customers and their dollars. It can be a confusing choice to know which one to go with; which hosting company to trust with your website. And it’s not all about price. Reliability, longevity in business and website security all come into the equation as well. So who is the best web hosting provider in my opinion?

I like Bluehost and in this post I’ll briefly break down some of the reasons why.

Many people opt for GoDaddy or Hostgator, which are both quite good hosting providers, but Bluehost is better.

They Always Offer Cheap Pricing

It’s not that Bluehost don’t periodically offer discounts on their usual pricing, because they often do, but Bluehost have a pricing structure for all their various types of hosting packages that is really hard to beat. Some other hosting companies offer a deep discount to get you to join, then hike the prices up down the track. Bluehost don’t do this. They offer cheap prices and keep them there.

As an example of the kind of bargain priced hosting to can expect to get on this great platform, right now as of this writing Bluehost are offering their basic shared hosting package for just $2.65 a month!

You read that right – $2.65 per month!

Now this price is bound to change from time to time, but honestly, I’ve never seen this package priced above $3.95 a month on Bluehost. It’s incredibly cheap.

You save a bundle when you host your website with Bluehost. That’s the first benefit you will get with this company.

Bluehost Offers Hosting For Everyone

It doesn’t matter if you’re a small time blogger or a corporate business with 100+ staff, there are hosting packages and options on Bluehost to cover everyone and every type of website.

Here they are at a glance:

  • The Best Web Hosting Service - BluehostShared hosting
  • Cloud hosting
  • Managed WordPress hosting
  • WooCommerce hosting
  • VPS hosting
  • Dedicated hosting

As you can see, all types of hosting are covered. The most popular and the cheapest is shared hosting and Bluehost have a range of options depending on how many websites you want to host and how much bandwidth you think you will need. In fact, all but the Basic package come with an unlimited number of websites and bandwidth.

Cloud hosting starts at a mere $6.95 per month and even managed WordPress hosting is just $19.99 a month.

Bluehost really do have some of the cheapest prices on the market for all types of hosting and they cover it all. That’s benefit number two for anyone who wants a versatile hosting company. Bluehost have got your covered for all your hosting options.

A Quality and Reliable Service

Despite the fact that Bluehost offer some of the cheapest prices in web hosting, that doesn’t mean they skimp on service or quality. Far from it. In fact, Bluehost are renowned for having some of the most reliable hosting there is with virtually zero downtime. Their reputation exceeds that of main competitors Hostgator and GoDaddy with many more positive reviews and recommendations. There is nothing wrong with the other two hosting companies, just that Bluehost is that little bit more superior across the board.

They have been operating since 2003 and always growing, so they are not going anywhere. Yet another benefit to the customer.

Free Domain Name

Everyone who starts a hosting package of any kind with Bluehost gets a free domain name registration as part of the deal. Yet another saving offered by this great company. Even if you only buy the cheapest hosting package they have, you still get the free domain name.

Awesome Security

With a huge emphasis on security and daily back ups of all websites on their servers, you know your site or business is in very safe hands with this company. Customer satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and they have spent the past 13 years or so building up an exemplary reputation, so you know they will have your back no matter what. Their security is top notch and multi-layered.

Great Customer Support

Possibly one of the biggest selling points of Bluehost is their fantastic customer service. With more than 750 staff worldwide, there is an expert to take your call, reply to your email or engage with in live chat if you ever have any issues or questions. They know their stuff and will have you sorted in very quick time.

Conclusion

As you can see in this brief post highlighting some of the positives of hosting with Bluehost, they really are a customer-focused and customer-centric company, and why I rate them the best web hosting provider. They base their business model on offering as many benefits as possible to the people who join them and trust them with their businesses and websites.

Bluehost won’t let you down, so why not consider them for your website hosting? If you signed up for the cheapest package at less than three dollars, then get a free domain name thrown in, technically you are getting the first few months hosting for free.

You can’t beat that!

  1. Great info. Bluehost is indeed one of the best hosting services out there. I was running my own Moodle site for a long time with BH and their service and customer response was great. For the price I think you’d be hard pressed to beat them, despite the growth of many other rivals in recent times.
