These are the opening words on the official website. And it’s true, you don’t actually need any of those things to make money with this program.
By the way, it's great that you're here reading my review of this one. Although it may be cheap to join, you still don't want to get scammed, so it's great that you do your research first. It shows you're one of the wise ones.
What Is “Make $4.97 Over and Over and Over”?
First of all, you don’t need a whole bunch of stuff to make some coin with this; just a computer, the internet and some spare time on your hands.
Make 4.97 Over & Over & Over is a video training course that shows you how you can make this amount of money over and over again. You actually learn 5 different ways to make this amount of money regularly and continuously.
The Owners
The 5 methods are all doable and, depending on how much time you have to commit to these 5 tasks, yes you can make money with it, just not a lot. Number 3 on the list of 5 is about writing product reviews of new products in the IM space and placing them on a forum for free so you will get visitors to your reviews; visitors who hopefully turn into buyers so you get a commission.
The money is small, but it’s real, so at least this system is not some rip off scam. It’s just not particularly lucrative because you have to trade your time for small amounts of income. The $4.97 are mainly commissions for promoting other make money online products. It’s like affiliate marketing on a small scale.

Anyone already making money online, or who has marketing experience, probably wouldn’t be very interested in the money on offer with this system.
The Pros
- All you need is a computer and the internet to do this.
- The cost is minimal and is mostly just your time.
- No experience required.
- Beginner-friendly system to make small money online.
The Cons
- The tasks grow very tedious.
- The amount of money you make is miniscule.
- This is just the start of the sales funnel. You will be hit with upsells for various other products in the Soulweb suite of offerings.
- No step-by-step training. Kind of need to figure some stuff out for yourself.
- Some of the methods of making money are risky, such as using Fiverr to buy Facebook page likes. Facebook has banned this method.

How much does “Make $4.97 Over and Over and Over” Cost?
The price for the Make $4.97 Over and Over and Over program seems to vary from day to day. At the time of writing this review it was priced at $7.50, but when I looked at it the day before writing this, the price was $8.47, so who knows exactly what it will cost you to join.
From what I can understand though, the price never goes above $10.
Is “Make $4.97 Over and Over and Over” Recommended?
It’s not a scam and you can make a little bit of money with this, but to me it’s akin to doing online surveys. Yes, you do actually get paid, but you are trading a lot of time for small amounts of cash that may only work out to be a couple of dollars per hour. Not exactly liveable wages.
Good for beginners, but if you want to make any useful money online, then no, I don’t recommend the “Make $4.97 Over and Over and Over” system. It’s just too small time and you will be hit with a series of upsells to buy other “money making” systems.
It’s okay to get a start online, but for anyone else this money making system will seem pretty useless or beneath them.

Hi there. Thanks for enlightening us on this money making system. I had never heard on this system, but that’s not surprising considering the amount of them that are currently online right now.
I must admit that I really would like to know what methods this system teaches. You say that one of them is writing IM product reviews? But after I looked at the website it implied that there was no website building involved. I’m also intrigued by the fact that these guys say that nobody is doing the techniques that they teach? Really?
Anyway, aside from wondering whats involved with this system it still looks pretty dated and even at under $10 I don’t think I’ll be rushing to buy it.
The idea is to write product reviews and place them on forums and anywhere you can put them for free so they get views and you have somewhere to send the traffic when you build an email list or however you care to promote your reviews. It’s just small time tedious cash like doing online surveys.
