The scammers prey on those who act impulsively and don't do any research, which is precisely why they always use scarcity tactics like "limited time" or "limited positions".
Let's see what Complete Savings is like and whether you should bother with this one or not.
What Is Complete Savings?
Complete Savings is a cashback savings website based in the United Kingdom. The site is set up like an online shopping mall, making searching for those bargains that much easier. The minimum cashback they offer is 10%, so it’s a lot higher than some other cashback/coupon sites around.
However, the downside is they charge a monthly membership after your 30 trial is over, while every other cashback and coupon site I’ve seen is totally free to be a part of. The free ones tend to offer a lot less in the way of discounts, though.

How It Works
You can use the platform either on a computer or via the app on your mobile device. You simply shop for what you want through their online mall, make your purchase and receive your cashback directly into your assigned bank account.
The shopping mall is like a portal to all the retailers Complete Savings have teamed up with. When you find a retailer you like, visit their site through the app or Complete Savings web page, make a purchase and receive your cashback amount automatically.
You receive a minimum of 10% cashback on purchases and savings of up to 20% on gift cards for selected stores. However, there is a monthly limit on how much cashback you can receive and that’s set at £250.
You get a cashback reward just for joining up and you also receive a cashback reward for every month that you shop with Complete Savings.

How Much Does Complete Savings Cost?
For the first 30 day trial period you pay just £1. After that it’s £15 per month to keep your membership going.
If you do enough online shopping through Complete Savings, then that £15 fee isn’t going to be a problem, as the cashback rates are a lot higher than any other comparative cashback sites I’ve seen to date. Other sites might only pay 2% or so, with the occasional higher amount, while Complete Savings offers a minimum of 10% cashback.
It can take a little while to see this cash deposited into your bank account, though. Approximately 10 days. And for payment to be transferred to your bank, your account has to have at least £5 in it.

Is Complete Savings a Scam?
No, it’s not a scam at all. In fact, if you’re a resident of the United Kingdom, then this looks like a really good platform if they have the stores you like and you do enough online shopping to make it worth your while.
While there are some complaints floating around about Complete Savings, every single business will get complaints from time to time, so I don't think it's anything to worry about.
The platform looks pretty good and the cashback amounts are generous enough to offset the monthly fee if you’re an active online shopper. If you don't shop a lot, then I'd suggest giving it a miss as this one's not free to remain a member.
