Apparently Profit Squirrel has been conducting business since mid 2015, and there seems to be a lot of positive reviews out there on the world wide web singing the platform’s praises, but are they all genuine?
What exactly is Profit Squirrel anyway and what does it do to make its members money?
What Is Profit Squirrel?
This relatively new platform is all about making money with what’s known as matched betting. You can either pay a monthly or annual fee to join the Profit Squirrel platform, which then gives you access to a series of tutorials that teaches you how to make money with matched betting.
The downside to Profit Squirrel is you obviously have to be over 18 because betting is involved, but you also have to be a resident of the UK to take full advantage of both the tutorials and the matched betting opportunities.
In order to really use the Profit Squirrel platform to greatest effect, you first have to take the time going through their tutorials so you understand how matched betting works, and the offers and betting opportunities that Profit Squirrel provides. The platform taps into a whole host of betting services, bringing all the most relevant opportunities in under the one umbrella, so to speak.
The website is modern, intuitive and, most importantly, easy to navigate and user-friendly. Some of these betting type sites can be an absolute confusing mess to look at, but Profit Squirrel is really clean and easy on the eyes.
What Is Matched Betting?
Bookmakers offer free bets and incentives on various sporting events. Matched betting is all about taking advantage of those free bets and incentives and turning them into cash. Target Audience
Profit Squirrel is only available to UK residents over the age of 18, so that’s their target market for a start. This would appeal to people who are chasing a more risk-free way of betting on sporting events and taking advantage of bookmaker’s free bets and incentives. It also appeals to anyone who would like to make some extra monthly income on a steady basis.
As a side note, you can get around the UK restriction if you use a VPN (virtual private network).

What I Don’t Like
- No real way of seeing what the site has to offer without first paying for a membership
- In all honesty many of the reviews and testimonials I’ve seen around the internet seem somewhat fake and may have been written by affiliates
- Membership fees are higher than competitor sites
- Some of the tools are not quite as sophisticated as some competitor tools
How Much Does Profit Squirrel Cost?
If you pay by the month to be a Profit Squirrel member it will cost you more per annum, but is not such a big hit upfront. It’s £24.99 per month or you can pay £150 for a year, which will save you £149.
Is Profit Squirrel a Scam?
I don’t see any scam here at all. I’m not expert on matched betting, but the site seems legit and the customer service is very quick and eager to respond to all questions, issues and queries. Compared to other matched betting services, I honestly don’t know how Profit Squirrel rates, but it seems like a legit site with some pretty decent feedback.
Without being a full-on betting man myself, other than playing lotto, I don't do matched betting, but from all reports Profit Squirrel seems okay and everything is above board. I don’t believe they’re out to scam anyone, put it that way. And they do teach you what to do every step of the way.

Although many people will consider Profit Squirrel as a gambling platform and stay clear of it.
There will be many other people who will look at it from a different angle; given the fact that it includes a training along with it.

By all accounts a lot of people do okay with matched betting, if that’s what you’re into. Profit Squirrel is one of the better platforms I’ve seen because of the training they offer. They haven’t just tossed up a platform and said, “Go for it”. They actually teach you what to do.
