~ The Vasayo Review ~

What Is Vasayo?

One of the most common niches for any multi level marketing opportunity is the health and wellness niche, and Vasayo is yet another company peddling its wares in this already over-saturated market.

The creators of the Vasayo product range and business opportunity originally ran another MLM company called Monavie, which was bought out by MLM giant Jeunesse back in 2015. After the buyout, Dallin and Karree Larsen went on to create Vasayo the next year.

There are companies that produce vitamins and health supplements for resellers. What this means is that you can purchase these products from the manufacturer and put your own branding on them. Therefore, numerous different brands could all be selling the exact same products. It is suspected, but not proven, that this is what the owners of Vasayo have done.

Valimenta is the manufacturer in question, and they can either produce custom-made original products, or provide companies with mass-produced products for private labelling.

It's not impossible to make money with network marketing, but man it's hard work and really slow. A far better way is to have a simple online business like affiliate marketing. It's what I do.

No selling and no recruiting, just earn commissions for referring customers. It's easy and it's all profit. Check out the training at Wealthy Affiliate. It's FREE to join!

Vasayo Products

As I mention, the health and wellness niche is so saturated with products these days. Because of its popularity and the focus on being fit, healthy and living longer, everyone – from regular businesses to MLM opportunities – have been jumping all over this niche. In my opinion the market is overloaded with products and the average prices are way too expensive.

Let’s see what Vasayo have to offer in this already flooded marketplace.

Vasayo Products 1Currently they have a range of 5 products on offer, but this is likely to expand over time.

Microlife Core Essentials – This is a multivitamin and mineral supplement that fills the gaps in our daily nutritional requirements.

Microlife Neuro – The brain requires specific types of supplements and nutrition to function at its optimum, and that’s what Microlife Neuro is designed to do; feed the brain the nutrients it needs for increased focus, productivity and moods.

Microlife Energy – Need an energy boost? You will find it with this supplement. Improves overall physical performance and reduces fatigue.

Microlife Sleep – We can only be so fit and healthy and energetic if we don’t get enough sound sleep. This formulation is designed to induce a restful night’s sleep every night.

Microlife Renew – Decreases harmful toxins in the body and promotes joint health as well as overall wellbeing.

Now while the product range at Vasayo likely does offer some supplemental health benefits, many of the claims have not been proven.

It is more conjecture based on science and knowledge rather than conclusive proof through numerous tests and study groups.

As with all products in this competitive niche, and especially when it comes to MLM, the prices are very expensive. As an example, 30 capsules of Microlife Neuro will cost you $63.95. That’s over $2 per capsule, so it would want to have some significant benefits to justify that kind of price tag.

The Vasayo Business Opportunity

If you are reading this review, then it’s likely what you’re really most interested in is the business opportunity side of Vasayo, and you want to know if you really can make good money by promoting this product and actively recruiting to build a downline.

I’m not a fan of this style of business or way of making money. For starters, the health and wellness niche is so crammed full of products and other MLM companies all vying for a market share that the consumer need can’t fulfil.

There are too many companies selling similar products, so that alone is going to make it extremely difficult to make any money with Vasayo.

Then there are the high prices and the need to work your butt off to recruit people into the scheme, which is really the only chance you have of making any sort of decent money.

There are no official income disclosures for Vasayo partners as yet because the company is too new, but as a guideline, more than 50% of people involved in MLM make no money, and of the ones that do, the average yearly earnings are only a paltry $400-$500.

When you factor in that in order to be eligible to earn commissions and bonuses you, yourself are required to purchase over $3000 worth of Vasayo products per year, you are not likely to make a profit.

The one saving grace with Vasayo is that the company is new, so you are getting in earlier with them than you would if you joined a MLM that has been around for years.

Here's how I make a fulltime living online…

The Vasayo Compensation Plan

There are a total of 8 ways you can earn with the Vasayo business opportunity:

  1. Customer Sales Bonus
  2. Production Introduction Bonus
  3. Team Commission
  4. Team Commission Matching Bonus
  5. Rank Advancement Bonus
  6. Global Leadership Bonus
  7. Lifestyle Trips
  8. Multiple Business Centers

There are also a total of 17 different ranks you can achieve with Vasayo, as you can see in the chart below.

Definition of an Illegal Pyramid Scheme

Pyramid SchemeMany people are quick to label anything MLM as a pyramid scheme, because there is a huge focus on recruitment and these businesses always work on a pyramid-shaped recruitment and downline structure.

So, does Vasayo fit the definition of an illegal pyramid scheme or not?

If a business is operating solely on recruitment and offers no products of inherent value, then that business would be classified as an illegal pyramid system. A naked pyramid, often referred to as a Ponzi scheme (named after Charles Ponzi), uses the money of new investors to pay the profits of previous investors.

Since Vasayo has products that serve a real purpose, can be sold at a retail level and do have value, they cannot be classified as a naked pyramid system or Ponzi scheme, despite the pyramid structure.

There are many classic pyramid schemes on the internet today, things like:

And while MLM companies do push the boundaries in this area, they do have tangible products, and that’s the real difference.

Target Audience

Generally businesses like Vasayo don’t just attract people who want some health supplements. People can buy those anywhere. What is usually the drawcard is the possibility of making money with something they are interested in.

The appeal of network marketing is the fact that the business model and products are already established. It’s almost like buying into a franchise, but on a much smaller scale. People can hit the ground running without having to build a business from the ground up.

What I Like

  • Vasayo is quite new, so there may be a slightly better opportunity with them than an older MLM company in the health and wellness niche
  • The creators have run a successful MLM operation prior to establishing Vasayo
  • The products do have potential health benefits

What I Don’t Like

  • It’s very competitive in the health and wellness niche
  • The prices of Vasayo products are way too high
  • The health benefits of the products are unfounded
  • The average earnings for any MLM opportunity are only about $500 per year profit
  • More than half of the people involved in MLM make no money
  • You have a minimum monthly spend as a Brand Partner, totalling over $3000 a year
  • You need to recruit like a maniac to make money with this kind of business deal
  • Most likely you will annoy the hell out of everyone you know, trying to get them to join your Vasayo downline

How Much Does Vasayo Cost?

As I mentioned, the products are expensive. They can either be purchased individually or in kits. When it comes to getting involved as a Brand Partner, there is a minimum requirement you need to spend every month to remain eligible to earn commissions and bonuses.

  • Vasayo Products 2Intro Pack = $239
  • Foundation Pack = $329
  • Premium Pack = $699
  • Executive Pack = $949
  • Ambassador Pack = $1399

Is Vasayo a Scam?

I wouldn’t rate it as a scam, despite the fact that some people have, as well as the previous company run by Dallin and Karree Larsen. The products are real and, while over-priced, they don’t seem too bad.

The business opportunity has plenty of different ways you can potentially earn, but like I said, it’s a really tough gig making any serious money from MLM, no matter what the product. There are much better ways.

Don’t Like MLM? Try Affiliate Marketing Instead!

MLM is a real day to day grind. Plus, you don’t actually own the business. In this case, Vasayo does. You’re really only buying the right to be a sales rep for them.

I much prefer to do affiliate marketing. Now while you are still promoting the products of other companies as an affiliate, the business is yours and you can grow it or do with it as you please, pretty much.

I’ve been doing affiliate marketing successfully for years now and these days much of my income is passive. Work I did before still makes me money.
