What Is the Rich Janitor and How Does It Work?
The Rich Janitor is designed to teach newbies all about making money with affiliate marketing. If you are not sure what affiliate marketing is, it’s basically promoting the products of other companies for a commission. You stock nothing, nor ship anything out. You merely promote, send people to the product sales page via your unique affiliate link and get paid a commission if a sale is made. It’s all very basic in its fundamental structure and that’s one of the reasons it’s so popular. It’s also quite cheap to run an affiliate marketing enterprise.
I believe the Rich Janitor starts off on the wrong foot. Yes, we all want to know that we can make money with affiliate marketing, but starting off with sales hype that states you will be making millions of dollars is simply setting most people up for disappointment. It makes the platform sound like yet another “get rich quick” scheme, when in reality it’s not. Rich janitor is slightly more genuine than that.
You also don’t make your money “automatically”. It takes work and patience to get an affiliate marketing business humming nicely along. Yes, there is residual and passive income to be earned down the track, but that will take a while.
The intro video on the site is rather entertaining, although filled with way too much hype. Mike Dee talks a lot about finding loopholes to exploit and make even more money. He even sells his software system as the “Money Loophole”, claiming it originally cost him $9700, but he’s now selling it to you for a mere $97, minus his $70 discount, bringing the cost down to just $27.
Even though the Rich Janitor program might have some merit on a few levels, there are far too many red flags. Let’s list them:
- Mike Dee is a fake name
- The program has been booted off ClickBank
- He over-emphasises, in a huge way, how much money you can make
- He claims the money comes in on autopilot
- False claims and high pressure sales tactics
- His magic software is nothing more than an article spinner
Target Audience
This is definitely targeted at people who are virgins when it comes to being online entrepreneurs and making money on the internet. Anyone with an ounce of experience will soon see there is no value in what Mike Dee is offering.
The Pros
- The video is entertaining
- Mike Dee knows how to hype it up
- Some of the tools are marginally useful, as is some of the training
The Cons
- Too many red flags
- The real owner is named Ankur Patel
- Article spinning software is pretty useless
- The money on autopilot claims are bogus
- Mike Dee was kicked off ClickBank
- There are some serious upsells
- Refunds are almost impossible to get
- Outdated selling/promotional methods – can get you blacklisted
Tools and Training
Let’s take a look at the tools and training offered once you are inside the Rich janitor program.
The “Money Loophole” article software – This is an article spinner. What this means is that the program will scrape articles off the web according to the parameters you input. It then “spins” those articles, changing words and sentences around, to create a new and unique article. If you’ve ever tried an article spinner before you’ll know how poor and virtually unreadable the results are.
Videos – This is where you will receive some training on how to use the platform and make some money with affiliate marketing. Most of the material is out of date and very simplistic, but some of the tips are useful.
PLR Products – These are eBooks you’ll find in the member’s area. Some of the material in these is quite good. However, Mike’s suggestions are often either black hat marketing or questionable at best. His tactics could get you in strife with the search engines and have your website blacklisted. It’s also likely these PLR eBooks were spun into “fresh content” by the Money Loophole software.
How Much Does the Rich Janitor Cost?
The initial price is $97, but then Mike finds it in his heart to give you a membership for just $27. However, once you sign on, be prepared for the barrage of upsells for further training. Some are priced as high as $497.
Is the Rich Janitor a Scam?
I would not go all out and label the Rich Janitor a scam. A program has to be completely dodgy, deceptive and useless for me to relegate it to that status. Having said that, there is a lot of unethical marketing techniques taught in the Rich Janitor. Most are either out of date, or could actually get you into trouble. The idea is to make money online in an honest way, not get yourself blacklisted from the serps or be labelled a scammer yourself.
I recommend you save your money and give the Rich Janitor a miss. I do quite like the name of the program and the intro video, but that’s about where it ends for me.
A Better Way To Make Money Online
I’m all for doing affiliate marketing as a way to make money online, but it has to be done the right way if you want to succeed. Things change all the time in this business, and Google loves to change the rules when it comes to ranking high in their search engine.
In order to know how to set up an affiliate marketing business online properly and ethically, and to stay abreast of important changes in the online space, you really need quality training, and to be engaged in a platform of like-minded members and mentors who will both help you out and keep you well informed.

Thanks for this great review about rich junior. It seems that’s it is nothing other than an entertaing bifeobmade to get you to spend money on a program that’s only out to get your money.
Also with the article spinning software, you not only will probably get penalized by Google for using it — but it makes it where you want learn the nessary skills on how to write for yourself.

Hi Michael, yes, the article spinning software used by the Rich Janitor is pretty useless. It’s never a good idea to use content spinners. Even though they are technically creating something “new” out of existing content, the results are usually terrible. You would have to do so much editing to make it readable that you might as well just have written a new article to begin with. Not really a time saver.
