What Is Truvision Health?
The company has only been around since 2014, so it’s quite recent. So far it hasn’t built up a very solid reputation on the BBB site, with ratings for Truvision pretty low.
The company specialises in weight loss supplements, which is always huge business regardless of the state of the economy. They also have a range of health and wellness products and use the MLM/Network Marketing business model to promote and make sales. So many MLM companies these days sell health supplements, and usually at ridiculously high prices.
Their product range is divided into 3 categories, with a number of different supplements in each:
- Core
- Complimentary
- Essential Oils
Originally some of the energy supplements contained some questionable ingredients that are known to be harmful, but on the positive side, the company has since changed their formulas to more natural ingredients that are actually better for your health.
With regards to the prices of these products, they’re really are not that bad compared to other similar products that are out there. They’re pricey, no doubt, but then so are all other weight loss supplements, vitamins and the like.
For example, Hydroxycut weight loss supplements sell for around $30 for 100 capsules. This is pretty much the standard price across the board of all brands of weight loss supplements with similar ingredients. They’re all expensive.
You might make money joining a MLM, but it's pretty damed hard. Doing affiliate marketing is is way easier, and there's no direct selling or recruiting required. Just earn commissions for referring people to offers. I did the training at Wealthy Affiliate to learn how. You can start for FREE!
The Business Opportunity and Compensation Plan
First you join as an associate of Truvision Health. This means you’ve entered the business opportunity side of things. To be eligible to earn commissions, you first have to try some Truvision products for yourself by purchasing at least one of the following kits:
- TruSuccess Pack at $298
- TruPlus Pack at $199
- Take10 at $165
- TruElevate Smoothie at $150
- TruBasic Pack at $125
- TruElevate at $112
As an associate you get the products at a 20% discount off the retail price. This means savings for you at a personal use level, as well as a 20% margin when you directly sell products to others. When you recruit others into the business in your down line, sales from your direct down line will result in 20% going to you in residual commissions.
You can earn commissions up to 7 levels deep. These are called UniLevel Commissions. How deep your commission eligibility goes depends on your level attained in the business. There are also some bonuses up for grabs, such as:

People looking to network with motivated and like-minded individuals. Some people just love all the hype surrounding multi level marketing and the seminars they hold.

The Cons
- Supplements are expensive (but they are everywhere)
- The company has received very mixed reviews
- Low BBB rating
- It’s hard making decent money from MLM
- You have to pay an annual fee to remain an associate
- The company is still very new
- A minimum monthly spend is required to remain active
Tools and Training
Once you join as an associate, the person who recruited you will help train you up on how to market Truvision Health products and how to go about recruiting others into the business. The website itself has some handy video tutorials as well as PDFs to read. If you can attend a Truvision Health seminar or get together, no doubt you will learn more about the business side of things as well.
How Much Does The Truvision Health Business Opportunity Cost?
There’s a $35 annual fee to remain an associate. You also have to buy a Starter Pack, and then order at least a minimum of 100PV (around $100) worth of product every month to retain active associate status.
Is Truvision Health a Scam?
It’s not a scam. Whether the weight loss pills and other wellness products really do much, I don’t know for sure. That’s always questionable with all weight loss and health supplements, wherever they come from and whoever makes them. The business side of things is typical MLM.
It can be a hard sell, and you will likely annoy everyone you know if you constantly badger them to join. As with all MLM, unless you are positioned near the top, you end up doing a lot of work and spending a whole bunch of cash to make virtually nothing. Statistics for yearly earnings from MLM opportunities are dismal. Most earn less than $500 annually.
I’m not into selling products such as these for a start, and I’m not a fan of the MLM business model, so I’d give it a miss. But you might feel differently.
Try Affiliate Marketing If MLM Is Not Your Thing
If you would rather spend your time making money in some other fashion, then perhaps consider giving affiliate marketing a go. It’s what I currently do, and have been doing for a few years now. It hardly costs anything as far as expenses go, and you really can establish some rather passive streams of income over time.
The best way to get started is to receive some training – training that costs way less than the Truvision Health business opportunity. In fact, you can actually join and start the training free of charge to try it out.
