~ World Global Network Reviews ~

What Is World Global Network?

The very first thing I’ll say about this company is that they have one of the slowest loading websites I have ever visited. Painful.

Founded in 2011 by a man named Fabio Galdi, World Global Network (WGN) is a company that uses the MLM business structure to promote its products and grow both its distributor base and customer base. Their headquarters is in Miami, Florida and they are active in more than 100 countries across the globe.

They only have a select few technology products that they claim are unique in the market. They aren’t really. There is actually a lot of competition in this particular sphere of technology.

Success with MLM is about making sales and recruiting others into the business, and one of the best ways to help do that is by having your own website. It's all very easy to create if you follow the training from Wealthy Affiliate. In no time you'll have a nice site up and running. Check it out for free.

World Global Network Products

I won’t go into detail with the products as this review is more about the World Global Network business opportunity, but we’ll take snap shot here of what they’re all about. For a more in-depth explanation, simply visit the WGN website.

First of all the technology incorporated within their products takes advantage of 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi and LTE-UG5 wireless technologies for optimal coverage.

Helo LX & LX+

This is a health and wellness band that works like the Fitbit. It logs all sorts of data which you can then access via one of the many apps WGN have created to work in conjunction with their flagship product.

It simply straps conveniently onto your wrist and comes in 5 different colours and a variety of bundles where you can buy more than one band for reduced prices.

What does it do?

It measures things like:

  • Heart rate
  • Heart ECG
  • Mood
  • Sleep patterns
  • Daily steps
  • Breathing rate
  • Blood pressure
  • Fatigue level
  • Distance travelled
  • Number of calories burned

LifeLog

This is the software that gathers all your daily vital statistics and presents them in a readable form on your smartphone, tablet or computer so you can keep track of your progress. There is actually a series of different apps associated with LifeLog, depending on what data you are seeking to track.

BioZen

BioZen is a green triangular sticker that you stick onto your electronic devices, such as your mobile phone or home Wi-Fi. The idea of the sticker is it changes the low-frequency electromagnetic signals which devices like smartphones emit. Within the green sticker is a small chip that combats the radiation levels.

Like with all MLM products, the prices are expensive compared to similar products you can buy at retail.

The World Global Network Compensation Plan

The are essentially 4 steps to making money as a distributor for World Global network, and they are:

  1. Direct sales
  2. Recruiting a team
  3. Sharing in the company’s revenue through bonuses
  4. Living a dream lifestyle as a result

MLM companies always like to promote the dream lifestyle as a sales point, and we’ll get more into that in the next section.

Just trying to sell products at a retail level will make you some money, but it’s not the best way to take advantage of the MLM setup. In order to move up the ranks, earn higher commissions and residual commissions, you need to recruit and recruit hard. Not only do you need to build big downlines, those people you recruit need to be very active or they’ll simply be dead wood.

As you advance (if you do), you will earn various bonuses by achieving group volume sales targets, moving up the company ranks, and perhaps even earning yourself your dream car.

Here are the various ranks you can achieve:

  1. Distributor
  2. Silver
  3. Gold
  4. Platinum
  5. Diamond
  6. Director Gold
  7. Director Platinum
  8. Director Diamond
  9. President Gold
  10. President Platinum
  11. President Diamond
  12. President Millionaire
  13. Double President Millionaire
  14. Grand President Millionaire

Below I have embedded a video that explains the complex compensation plan in more detail.

The MLM Business Opportunity

The reason I’m not a fan of the MLM way of doing business is that the compensation structure is designed to favour the owners of the company and those at the very peak. The vast majority of people are somewhere midway down or at the very bottom. It is these people who are doing nearly all the work and making the least amount of money.

Did you know that the average yearly earnings for any MLM distributors is only about $500? And that’s before expenses.

The distributors don’t get paid a wage or retainer, just the promise of commissions and bonuses down the track. They do all the buying and selling, promotion, often the advertising, and they do all the recruiting to grow the business.

The dream lifestyle through owning your own business is always a selling point for MLM companies. However, you never own your own business, the company does. You are nothing more than a sales rep (unpaid rep) for the company. Yes, some people do in fact achieve a dream lifestyle through MLM, but that’s only about 1% of all people who get involved in a MLM venture. And usually you have to either create the business, or get in very, very early and go hard.

Generally MLM is a very poor deal for its distributors. One of the worst financial deals there is.

Is World Global Network An Illegal Pyramid Scheme?

The definition of an illegal pyramid scheme is what’s known as a “naked” pyramid structure. This means that a company has no products and relies totally on the recruitment of new members and the injection of new money to keep the scheme going.

WGN has products and therefore cannot be classified as an illegal scheme despite its pyramid-style of compensation.

What I Like

  • At least this company sells something different to health supplements or beauty products
  • Their products are interesting, but not unique like they state
  • They operate globally

What I Don’t Like

  • The products are really expensive compared to things like the Fitbit
  • MLM is one of the hardest ways in the world to make money
  • You will work your butt off constantly trying to recruit
  • Nearly everyone who tries their hand at MLM fails miserably in the business
  • Over 68% of WGN distributors failed to make $300 in earnings in 2017
  • Double Diamond level needs to be achieved to earn a liveable weekly wage

How Much Does World Global Network Cost?

It will cost you $49 to purchase a Starter Kit so you can get going as a distributor. You can also buy more expensive packages so you join at a higher level and start earning more from the very beginning.

  • Partner Package: $400
  • Master Package: $800
  • Executive Package: $1400
  • Executive Lumina Package: $3300

Is World Global Network a Scam?

It’s not a scam at all. Their products are high-tech and well equipped, just very over-priced in a market space that’s very competitive. It’ll be a hard sell.

Besides that, the compensation structure is your typical MLM fare that favours those at the very top while stripping benefits and income away from the majority down towards, or at, the bottom.

To make money with this particular gig you will need to really believe in the products to be able to sell them at way higher prices than the competition, and be very good at recruiting others into the business.

Looks near impossible to me to be able to make a decent income with World Global Network, but that doesn’t mean nobody can.

Forget MLM – Try Affiliate Marketing Instead

I’ve done MLM in the past and it’s an extremely tough gig to make decent money at consistently. Most people are not good at recruiting, and that’s what your success all hinges on.

These days I make more than a fulltime living on the internet with my affiliate marketing business. It has so many advantages over MLM, with one of the biggest ones being the fact that you don’t need to recruit to make great money.

To learn more about it, I have written a guide that talks more about the benefits of affiliate marketing, as well as the awesome training I did that put me on the path to success. The training starts off with a free trial.
