“Dosh” is a slang word for “cash”, hence the apt name of the Dosh App. The idea of this app for smartphones is to be able to get cash back on your online shopping, as well as in-store shopping. The app is available for both Android and IOS devices.
It’s not only about shopping. The app can be used to get cash back and rebates for services and restaurants as well.
Cash back for online shopping is great, but if you want to make even more money online, then you'll need something with a bit more scope.

You must first reach the payout level of $15 in cash back before you can request a payout via PayPal.
How much you’ll save by using this app really depends on your spending habits. If you don’t do much shopping, or the types of items you buy are not readily available through the stores participating in Dosh App, then the app might prove rather useless to you. It doesn’t cost anything to download this app to your smartphone and use it to earn cash back through participating outlets.
Is Dosh App a Scam?
I don’t see any scam here. It seems like a cool little app for USA residents who like to shop and want to earn some discounts in the form of cash back rebates. You can also earn a small amount of money for referring others to Dosh App.
You’re not going to be able to make a career out of getting cash back, as you don’t earn that much, plus you have to actually spend money to earn.
In other words, it’s not a genuine money making opportunity. It’s a money saving opportunity.
Probably worth your while if you live in the US and shop often enough.
