What Is 2Captcha?
They claim you can make good money with 2Captcha, but that’s the biggest exaggeration and distortion of the truth I’ve ever seen or heard, and you’ll find out why as you read through this review.
In a way I’m not exactly sure what to make of this service. Captchas are designed to force people to fill usually several words into a text box before being able to log into some platforms, or leave comments and so on. The idea is to ensure that a real human being is using the service and not a bot.
2Captcha pays people to rapidly fill in captchas. I don’t know if the captchas are for real people to save them time, or it’s a way for some people to technically bypass the captcha process, allowing their bots access to platforms, as some human somewhere in the world fills out the captcha for the bot trying to gain access to that system.
Anyway, 2Captcha is two fold. On the one hand you can join as someone who needs captchas solved, and on the other side of the fence people can join 2Captcha and earn tiny rewards for filling out 1000s of captchas in quick time all in a row.
Some so-called money making opportunities online are just a complete waste of time. If you want to do something that's really profitable and costs hardly anything, try affiliate marketing. It's what I do.

How It Works
As a 2Captcha solver that’s all you do on the platform. Making money from something doesn’t get any more mundane, or more monotonous, than the gig offered on this platform.
When you log on and start filling out captchas, you’ll be presented with one after the other. The quicker you can solve them, the more money you stand to make. Some captchas can take up to 20 seconds or more to solve, but if you get really fast you could be solving them in 10 seconds or less.
How Much Money Can You Really Make?
This is where it gets really interesting, depending on your perspective.
Let’s look at some figures and you decide whether this system is worthwhile or not.
The amount you earn is an absolute disgrace, to be quite honest. Keep in mind that you have to go hell for leather at this for who knows how long to make any money at all.
Here are the rates of pay. Get ready for it.
You earn, on average, a massive 50 cents for every 1000 captchas you solve. That’s a phenomenal amount of captcha deciphering and typing to make 50 cents. How long is it likely to take you to solve 1000 captchas, if you could consistently do it at a good speed?
It will take you about 2 hours and 45 minutes give or take to solve 1000 captchas at a fast pace without slowing down or taking a break.
Let’s be generous and say you’re making 20 cents an hour doing this. Now let’s assume you are some sort of superhuman and could do this 24/7 for an entire month, with no breaks of any kind to sleep or eat or pee or anything else. How much could you earn in one month?
- Daily = $4.80
- Weekly = $33.60
- 31 Day Month = $148.80
What a complete and worthless waste of time this idea is.

Complaints About 2Captcha
Well, the obvious most common complaint is the totally atrocious amount of money they are willing to pay you to do this mind-numbing and finger-numbing work.
Does anyone really bother to even do this?
Also, apparently you can get your account suspended if you make too many errors while entering the captchas. That would have to be a blessing, wouldn’t it? To have your account suspended so you could no longer waste your time on this utter crap?
Target Audience
This is targeted at anyone who wants to make some money online from home. But seriously, would you even bother?
What I Like
- I had a laugh at the pay rates, but that’s hardly a positive about the platform
What I Don’t Like
- The insultingly low rates of pay for mind-numbing, monotonous tasks
- Everything else about the 2Captcha website and the entire concept
How Much Does 2Captcha Cost?
It doesn’t cost anything to join and start your new career as a captcha solver. But then, it wouldn’t want to cost money, would it?
Is 2Captcha a Scam?
Writing this review has actually been rather funny, seeing how much you can earn doing this captcha solving.
While I can’t categorically state that 2Capture is an outright scam, it really is not worth bothering with. It’s not even worth the time it takes to open up their website.
Seriously forget about this as a viable way to make some cash. Even low-paying surveys pay a fortune compared to what 2Captcha are offering.
Want To Make Real Money Online? My #1 Recommendation
Even if you start out making money online doing a few paid surveys, it’s far better than the 2Captcha gig. But I don’t recommend doing surveys for long, either, as their rates of pay are also far too low for your precious time.
Instead, I highly recommend doing what I do and give affiliate marketing a try. It’s not hard to do and you can really make awesome money with it.
